  Brought my work van in to get some warranty work done. Services writer told me their mobile service would contact me for the repairs. That was approximately 3 weeks ago, no callback. I'm guessing I will try Busse Ford and see how their service department operates. Sad that I have to drive to McHenry since I live in Woodstock.

  Had my car in for an oil change and everything went smooth. Brenden was easy to work with, quick, and kept things moving. The place is clean, nothing chaotic, which I like. What I appreciated most was the tech actually taking a minute to show me what needs attention now and what can wait. No pressure, no scare tactics, just straight up. Paul (GSM) is still the same, good guy, makes sure things are handled right. Overall, solid experience. I’d go back.
