  I’m so glad I found Pinnacle Automotive right here in Woodridge. I recently used them for an oil filter change and the experience was incredibly convenient. Since I own Smiling Lash Lounge just two minutes down the road on Hobson Rd, I was able to drop my car off during my working hours and pick it up late at night. Their after-hours key drop-box system made the whole process seamless. My engine is running significantly smoother now than it was before the service. I also really appreciated the digital report they texted me—it was detailed and transparent. If you're a local business owner or resident in the Seven Bridges/Woodridge area and need a reliable, professional mechanic, these guys are the best. Great service and even better communication!

  I have take two of my vehicles there for routine maintenance and received exceptional service. Tim knows his business and the industry extremely well. His team is thorough and honest which is increasingly more difficult to find these days. Luckily for me he is right around the corner but even if you’re further away this shop is worth the drive. I will be taking all of my vehicles here moving forward and I urge anyone trying to service their German vehicle at the dealership to give Tim and his team a call and give them a try.

  My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Tim and his shop. From the moment you walk in, everything just runs so smoothly. The whole process feels organized, efficient, and genuinely easy. Tim is incredibly easy to talk to. He listens and explains things clearly and never makes you feel rushed or confused about what is going on with your vehicle. As a woman, I have honestly had experiences in the past where I have felt taken advantage of or talked down to at mechanic shops. That is absolutely not the case here. Tim and his team are honest, straightforward, and you truly feel like they are looking out for you and your car, not trying to upsell or pressure you into things you do not need. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. Tim is also just a genuinely nice, good, honest dude, and that comes through in every interaction. His employees are just as great. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and professional. You can tell they all care about doing quality work and taking good care of customers. They are extremely thorough in their work, and I love that you get a detailed printout at the end showing exactly what was done. It gives so much peace of mind. The office staff is also wonderful and keeps everything running smoothly so you are never left wondering what is going on. They do not just fix the problem. They stick with you until everything is fully resolved. This is the kind of shop you trust and keep going back to. Highly recommend Tim and his entire team to anyone looking for honest, high-quality automotive care.
