  I am a first time customer who lives nearby and I have a used 2021 Audi S4 with 40k miles (mild aftermarket tune/upgrades) that needed a little TLC that I asked for (they didn't try to sell me on anything extra). They performed maintenance items for me (front and rear brakes, oil change, transmission fluid change, rear differential fluid change because my car is AWD) and I am very pleased with their services and customer service. I had a separate summer tire and wheel set that they swapped and they didn't charge me extra because it was already on the lift and being worked on so it was easily changed, that was awesome (got charged $120 for that from that same place I bought the tires from last time!) I have no complaints at all and I am already reaching out for some future work from them. Dropped the car off in the morning on our scheduled date and picked it up using their after hours drop box process after work...pretty easy. They use text messaging for your appointment, pickup and invoice processes which works for me. I would already recommend them to anyone in the area and will likely have my fiance bring her 2018 Honda CR-V in for her maintenance coming up. For someone who who is a little skeptical/cautious of shops working on their car outside of a dealership, I am really happy so far. Thumbs up from me! Thanks!

  First time I was here . It's close to home.my car was making noise and chugging like it was going to stop . Pinnacle automotive at 7 bridges...is great..they checked my car he knew wat was wrong and fixed it.also he explained everything..thank u so much.
