  I had a great experience. Service was excellent over the phone and in person and they got my car's air condition working again, big thanks to the team over there.

  I needed some major preemptive maintenance work done on my vehicle and the quotation from the dealer was extremely high. I researched other shops in the area and was drawn to Pinnacle because of the great reviews and feedback I read. They gave me a very reasonable quotation and were extremely accommodating. Xavier did some research before he quoted me and seemed very knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done. I ended up having the major job done at Pinnacle, and I also approved a few other minor things they recommended to be done at the same time. I never felt pressured in any way. Alice who manages the office was also extremely easy to work with, communicative, and accommodating. I was very, very happy with my decision to use Pinnacle for this work. They did a great job at a reasonable price and I intend to use them again in the future. Very highly recommended.

  Tim and his staff are excellent. I owned a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country LX. I had to retire it recently due to an accident at 377,160 miles. It was Pinnacle Automotive's efforts in servicing this van are the sole reason it survived at long as it did. This is the place I will take all my vehicles to for foreseeable future.
