- LRLee Roberson1 day ago1.0Brought my car in in the afternoon. Parked it behind another car waiting to get into a bay and a tech came out to tell me to leave the keys in the car. I took a seat in the waiting room. The techs moved it in line with a different bay and then a few minutes later came to tell me it wouldn't start. Went out with them to look and the tech who moved it had snapped my key casing in half. I took the key out of the ignition and asked him when they were going to notice or tell me they disintegrated my key and how they (magically) started it and moved it since I gave them the key but claimed I handed it to them that way and he got really rude and pissed off and told me to never come back. Cool! I hope they don't damage anything in your car and then create an elaborate ignorance and outrage show to pretend like they didn't do it. I used to drive here because I don't like franchised JLs and after looking it up it seems corporate transferred this one to a franchise. Just don't bother if they are going to lie to your face when something goes (even minorly) wrong and they don't know what an intact key looks like.
