They made us pay for the car and the car was not ready, stated that we would have it back within 2 days, 2 weeks later, just getting the car back with the same issues we sent there. Very unprofessional for the manager to never call back or give updates. Took the car to a place in Melrose park, and they fixed the issues within 30 minutes. Showed us what CarX did, and we took photos, and will be sending to corporate. If I could do zero stars, I would. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

- RSrobert sApr 20, 20262.0I received a lot of conflicting details on how much the car repair was going to be. I came in to replace two bulbs and get an oil change. I was told the oil change would be about $100 and the bulbs with service about $75. I get there and all of a sudden the bill is $390 for two light bulbs and an oil change. Apparently the bulbs magically increased from $25 each to $40 each and the labor went from 30 min to change the bulbs to 2 hours. I ask them to go through the receipt with me and they realized I was overcharged. I walked out paying $290 which is still far too much. The crazy thing is I specifically came in for these two issues, but when they called me in the afternoon I was told all of these things wrong with the car. I asked about the progress on the lights and they forgot to do it until I reminded them. Why am I getting a full inspection when I didn’t ask for that? During this inspection, they proceed to tell me I need new pads and there’s an oil leak. I was told over the phone $750. I get there and now they’re quoting me $1,500 to get the pads replaced and fix an oil leak. I also called the afternoon before to tell them I’m dropping this off first thing Saturday morning. I was told they open at 7 but they actually open at 7:30. Poor communication all around.
