  On time with the appointment. Excellent customer service. Found a nail in my tire. Was told the location could not be patch. However, they didn’t see any air leakage and did not charge me for inspection. Will absolutely go back for future tire needs.

  Just Tires, in Wheeling does excellent work! Chris, Ninja and the rest of the guys are AWESOME! They're fair, hard working, and they "stand by their work"! Tires are the foundation of your car..very important. Get your oil changed there, too. Car will last forever! Thanks for everything, guys!

  The great service and clean facility. They were able to fix my tire on the same day, Saturday, before the Fathers Day, despite holiday weekend busyness, and didn't charge anything because they haven't finished the work by the exact minute they promised

  If you were wondering why this place has so many 5 star reviews, I’m here to tell you this is no joke. The nicest, kindest people around. They genuinely care about their business and yours and this not just one person, it’s literally every person we deal with there. This was not our first visit, but a great example of why we keep coming back. 2 hours to close on a Saturday we get a flat on my son’s car. We call ahead first to verify if the right tires are in stock, just in case. Within a minute we are advised the may have them available and the expected costs for each brand available. We roll in, see the rep, get processed in, said will be ready in 90 min. Sure enough, 90 later after dropping off the car, we come back, no new tire needed thankfully, and the flat was fixed. We get the paperwork and no charge! Now, I don’t expect that every time of course and was ready to pay, but businesses that can take care of the small thing you need, know they will have my business for the big things that come up. Road stuff happens all the time in Illinois, you want a place that will make these repairs the most convenient, fair and low stress as possible. This is the place to go.
