- MHMark HillMay 11, 20261.0Be very careful before taking your car to this location. I have had more than one bad experience here, and after my last visit I will not be going back. On one visit, they gave me a list of recommended work, including a headlight bulb they said was not working. I declined the work because I knew I could replace the bulb myself. Right after leaving, I went to buy the bulb, but when I opened it up, I found the wire was disconnected from the existing bulb. Once I reconnected it, the light worked perfectly. On another visit, I paid for full synthetic oil, but afterward my car did not run right. I cannot prove exactly what oil was used, but after I drained it and replaced it with full synthetic oil myself, the car went back to normal. My last visit was the final straw. I brought my own full synthetic oil and declined their additional recommendations. After the oil change, I later found damage underneath the car near the catalytic converter area. Now I may be looking at a repair that could cost hundreds of dollars. Maybe others had a better experience, but based on what happened to me, I strongly recommend being very careful, inspecting your car before and after service, and getting a second opinion before agreeing to any recommended repairs. I personally would not trust this location with my vehicle again.

- DMDeborah MestasApr 30, 20262.0I’d stop going to Jiffy Lube and was rushed and needed windshield wipers so I figured I’d stop in and since I was there I’d get an oil change as well. When the employee met me, he quoted me prices that changed when I got inside the office prior to knowing I was a healthcare worker. The bill was close to $200 for an oil change and windshield wipers. They brought it down to 163 and then I investigated what my discount would be when I left I ended up paying $71 for a synthetic blend oil change. I canceled the windshield wipers because I wasn’t gonna pay $163 for a service I left there went to AutoZone got new wipers and ended up saving $50 overall so buyer beware! I’m now back to not using Jiffy Lube.
