  The workers at this car wash were very nice and welcoming and for that I have no bad experience. I am grateful for their attention to customer service however I will no longer be coming here. The machines are too aggressive and I ended up with so many scratches throughout the car that were never there to begin with. My car is somewhat new and lightly used so it doesnt have any type of dents or (had) scratches until I noticed that the two times that I would clean my car the scratches were consistent.

  I like to thank Melissa and Ash at the TommysExpressWheaton location the great customer service they apply explaining the different plans and how the App works.I had to drive 30 minutes plus to get to Wheaton. They shared a new location coming were I live in Naperville. I thank them both for the different insight they supplied. John/ New York.

  The car wash works good but the best part is the Floor mat cleaner. Cleans all mat types except the trunk one which is too large for the machine. People are very friendly and when I signed up for the monthly membership the manager explained everything after my car was washed and spent a few minutes in detail including the app, which I didn’t need since I work in the phone business but it’d be very helpful for someone who isn’t very tech or phone savvy. The front employees were nice and so was the person at the raffle stand. Overall a great experience and I’ll come and visit when I need to. Descent prices for the membership too.
