  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchasing a car from McGrath Acura of Westmont was truly a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The showroom was absolutely immaculate—and honestly, I wanted to buy every car I saw! What stood out most was the people. Every person I interacted with made me feel like I was talking with family. They shared personal stories about their connection to McGrath, and their warmth and sincerity felt genuine. I never felt like I was simply another customer—they made the entire car-buying experience feel personal and special. And I have to mention the freshly baked cookies! 🍪 Such a simple touch, but they were delicious and added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend McGrath Acura of Westmont, Illinois. Great cars, a beautiful showroom, and, most importantly, genuinely wonderful people. They made purchasing a car feel less like a transaction and more like an experience. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

  Everyone I dealt with at McGrath Acura was very responsive and knowledgeable. Mike Snyder was my sales associate and he got me a great deal! He was easy to work with and made the buying process very smooth. There was no pressure and I didn’t feel hounded to make a decision. I would definitely recommend McGrath and Mike to anyone looking for a new/used Acura.

  Great place with a pleasant and professional team! Adulfo was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was communicating with us through messages even before we came in to see the car, and when we arrived, the car was already waiting for us. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The entire financing process was quick, smooth, and easy.   When I was a prospect, this dealer refused to give me a final out-the-door price for a vehicle. After I bought a new car and brought it here for warranty work, I found a consistent lack of attention to detail. They charged me $173.59 for an alignment without bleeding my tires, which were over 47 psi — on a car with under 200 miles. They also failed to document my concerns about gaps in my trunk, an issue I've since seen widely discussed among other Integra owners online. When I raised concerns about the alignment and the front emblem, I was met with snide comments suggesting I was probably hitting potholes or swapping emblems on my own car. I ultimately had to escalate to Acura corporate to get this resolved properly. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
