  The sales rep I worked with was great. 1 star is for finance. Couldn’t cancel the warranty for 30 days. Assuming he just wanted a little commission check. Then I was told I could cancel over the phone. 30 days later? Had to come in. Go to a different Acura dealer.

  Muy buen dealer lo recomiendo al 100% muy buena atencion tamer wadi hiso un gran trabajo uno de los mejores vendedores lo recomiendo me hiso ahorrar bastante si quieren un buen negocio vayan y pregunten por tamer wadi y les aseguro que se van ir contentos y satisfechos a casa muy buena atencion todo fue rapido y sencillo espero regresar y recomendar a mi familia y amigos muy profesionales todos desde que entras se siente la buena onda y les gusta negociar no como otros dealers que fui aqui tienen un cliente a futuro gracias por todo

  Never take your car for service to this location. I took my car so they can exchange part that was covered under warranty. They kept my car for three weeks and they broke my AC and now nobody wants to take any kind of responsibility. Since my Acura RDX 2018 they Trying to just wash off their hands and I know my AC and my car was running perfectly before I took it to this place. I am so disappointed at taking thousand dollars now for the repair if anybody has any advice for me, let me know.

  I worked with Nick Lombardi and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the Acura MDX which I very much appreciated. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Thank you, Nick and I appreciate you coming in on your day off to work around my schedule, now that is customer service!

  My experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it. We have purchased vehicles before and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a salesperson. The salesperson became frustrated and angry when we questioned the numbers and was rude when we asked for clarification because we still could not understand how the price was calculated. The sales manager eventually provided a much more reasonable price, but by then, the experience had left a very negative impression. Customers should feel respected and comfortable asking questions when making such a large purchase. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Because of how we were treated, I would not return or give my business to Acura in Westmont.
