  Erick/Sam/Michael- these are the tree people I interacted with May 19, 26. On 05/11/26 I went to get a rental (thru insurance due to someone hitting my vehicle). Upon me arriving and requesting a rental car, someone dropped off a vehicle. The agents at this location immediately washed the car and that was the car I was given. I had a cold at that time, but I could lightly smell the car like cigarette. I told the agent about it and he noted that bc the policy is NO SMOKING! But clearly the car smelled but bc of the car wash it wasn’t too noticeable at that precise moment. I have asthma, but I didn’t think that light smell right in there was going to be a huge issue. The next day, it was a hot day and went I opened the door to the rental, oh boy!!! It was not only cigarette smell but also marijuana. I had to immediate search for my inhaler. So next day, I called to let them know. They said they would give me a different car. The problem is that they close at 5:30 and I work from 7-7. So I had to find other ways ti get to and from work. Today I called and said that they need to send someone to pick up the vehicle here bc there is no way I can drive that car with that smell and I know that it would cause me to have an asthma attack. Erick the manager, said that they would not pick up the car from my house (which I know) but due to the circumstances, there was no way I could drive it without experiencing an asthma attack. He said they will make me pay for towing. So I told him I wasn’t trying to be a difficult customer. I am a kind person & I always seek to do the right thing. But he was just rude and mentioned again that he will charge me for towing the car from my house. So I said, ok. I will drop off the car, but if I get an asthma attack on my way there you will be responsible. He said “fine” will send the towing company or someone to pick it up”. I said, “are you going to charge me for it? He said no, and immediately hang up on me. Mind you, they will be getting paid by the insurance for a rental car service I wasn’t even able to use. Terrible service, zero compliance on their behalf. But want customers to comply even when they are at fault. The staff needs to be more professional. The managers are rude and disrespectful. No means to be fair and make it right. I don’t know who raise this person, but must definitely be needs more values

  Five stars for Mike Staskon! He provided absolute top-notch service and was genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience. It’s rare to find that level of true customer care these days. The process was smooth, and Mike made all the difference. Highly recommend this location!

  staff was helpful and courteous. easily explained their guidelines and procedures. Hammond one is busy on Saturday from 8 am amd close at 12 pm. make sure you get there early or call ahead.

  I’ve rented from here about 7 times and Joe the manager denied me a vehicle because he said my address on file didnt match my license. I’ve never had a problem until now and with 15 min left before closing and basically Joe couldn’t do a damn thing for me. I’ve spent too much money on enterprise for someone to not stay until my documents arrived idc who should’ve stayed longer that’s just the right thing to do. My insurance gave them a month in rental $ because my vehicle was in an accident and I’ve been renting out of pocket until I purchase again. This location will never see a dollar out of me again
