  First time here, tire was flat and needed a new one. Gavin was not only super helpful but very nice and made the whole experience quick and easy. Had the car done in 2 1/2 hours. Good pricing and great service. I’ll be coming here from now on.

  I came in at 4p with no appointment because one of my tires was low in air. They got me in right away and discovered a big nail in my back tire. The place is very clean, Quick, Reasonably priced, And the technicians are very friendly. I highly recommend this place. This is my second visit and I will definitely always come here! Thank you to Michael I believe he helped me but everyone is fantastic!

  I needed an Alignment for my 2014 ford Escape with 215,000 miles. I just replaced the inner and outer tie rods, which is why i needed the alignment. Michael Digrazia brought in my car for the alignment and within two hours, the job was done. Very happy with my new alignment! the car drives great! I got all four tires replaced four months ago at belle tire, and they treated me great. I am exited to get a long life out of these tires with the new alignment. Thanks Belle and Michael!

  I have been a loyal Belle Tire customer for the last 3–4 years and always had great experiences in the past. I used to come to this Westmont location regularly, but after visiting the Melrose Park store, I switched to them because of their amazing prices and top-tier customer service. In less than a year, I’ve referred family and friends to Melrose Park, and together we’ve purchased full sets of tires for four different cars. Unfortunately, since I live close to Westmont, I had to use this location recently when my wife got a flat tire. When she brought the car in, the technician told us the flat couldn't be repaired for safety reasons and needed a full replacement. He quoted her an out-of-the-door price of $320 (including tax and installation). My wife called to check with me, so I called the Melrose Park Belle Tire just to compare they quoted me $300 out-of-the-door for the exact same tire. Because we had a flat and were already there, I decided to just go ahead with the Westmont location to save time. My wife then told the technician we were ready to replace the tire and presented a $40 off coupon. Instead of applying the discount correctly to the original quote (which should have brought the total down to $280), he manipulated the base price. In the end, he charged us $307.07 overcharging us by $27.07 despite the coupon! To make matters worse, I asked them to perform a wheel alignment while the car was already there especially since I had previously purchased a 1-year alignment plan with Belle Tire and the technician refused, saying I had to make a separate appointment for it. Anyone planning to get service at this Westmont location, please double check your quotes and bills closely. After this experience, I’d suggest avoiding this specific Belle Tire and heading over to Discount Tire right across the street instead. I am still waiting on management to reach out and provide a proper resolution and refund for the price discrepancy.
