- DADasignique AdamsMay 13, 20265.0I wanted to take the time out to show my appreciation to the team at AutoZone. CORTEZ helped me with 2/3 of my problems instantly. The only problem he wasn’t able to fix was due to the fact that it was a bigger issue for a mechanic to handle. He told me what to do if even after the solution he gave if it didn’t work. But he fixed My other issues with no hesitation and lead me in the right direction for getting the correct parts for my car!!

Al rededor de 10 minutos esperando llegaron 2 clientes mas ya eramos 4 esperando. 10 minutos mas pasamos los 2 de enfrente para esto ya tenía 20 minutos esperando me atienden y buscaron la parte qué necesitaba ok todo bien. Asta que le digo que tengo UNA CUENTA COMERCIAL. A pues el muchacho no savia cobrar con cuentas comerciales 😠 Y me dice esperando en lo que venia la otra persona para que me cobrará estuve esperando 20 minutos mas para que me cobraran para esto ya tenia 40 minutos ahí ESPERANDO 😡 ESO ES MUCHO TIEMPO PARA COMPRAR UNA PARTE DE AUTO. MI OPINIÓN ES QUE. SÁBADOS Y DOMINGOS DEVEN TENER LAS CUENTAS COMERCIALES ABIERTAS YA QUE SON LOS DIAS DE MAS TRABAJO PORQUE MUCHA JENTE DASCANSA Y ES CUANDO ARREGLAN SUS CARROS. DEVERIAN DE CONTRATAR MAS PERSONAL. Cuando salí de ahi tres personas se fueron por que era mucho la espera para que los atendieran y otras tres se quedaron ahi esperando.
