  I cant say enough about the staff. Everyone is friendly and store is stocked with everything you'd need. A special shout out to the gm david for accomadating me during my grandsons recent graduation. A great location like this starts at the top and trickles down and it shows at this store. Again great job and thank you

  Had an appointment to see a camper and call to verify our appointment . Drove two hoursto get there.when we got there they told use there was a hold on it.The guy checked and toold us it was sold and going out the next day. Should have let us know when we called so we wouldn't have drove two hrs to get. Not right to sell when we made an appointment to see it .Very poor customer service.

  I was very disappointed with my experience at Camping World. The sales person, Jesi, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. Some of the remarks she made were completely inappropriate and unacceptable in 2026. Comments such as, “I’m only showing you used ones because you wouldn’t get a new one,” and “Only whoever is purchasing can enter the camper,” came across as very judgmental and disrespectful. Anytime we asked to see a camper, she would automatically respond with comments like, “Well, I don’t think you’d like that,” instead of actually allowing us the opportunity to look and decide for ourselves. The entire interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. On top of that, she repeatedly rushed us because she was trying to attend to other customers, while also telling us she “only had 45 minutes” because she was busy. The overall experience felt very unwelcoming and discriminatory rather than helpful and customer-focused. Customer service and professionalism should be a priority, and I truly believe staff members need better training on how to properly communicate with and treat customers.

  Everyone was. Great! Knowlegeable insights and willing to go the extra mile. Hope we can get a deal done but will be difficult due to the financing and upside down loan on existing unit. Hope we can work it out.
