  If a CleanCar Express salesperson comes to your work place promising "scratch/swirl free" washes, do not believe them. I was given a personal guarantee and a handshake, but my experience was a nightmare. My car's roof is now a web of scratches and swirl marks, and they literally broke my third brake light during a wash. Their response? "Not our problem. Absolutely advise friends and family to stay away unless they like having their paint destroyed

  Carwash itself is great, but it's very annoying to pay $30+ a month and they close so early, especially in the summer time, I have to rush after work to get the service I've been paying for all month. I would 100% risk pulling myself into the wash without someone waving me in and actually be able to use this location. Also pretty annoying that it's one wash a day (or 24 hrs) even if I've only gotten one wash all month. If I want to use up all 31 washes in a week please let me.

  "Caution: Misleading 'Special' & Tricky Cancellation" Be very careful with their promotions. I was sold a "3-month special" for $20, which the salesman led me to believe was a one-time flat fee for the period. I naively thought that once the three months were over, that would be it. Unfortunately, he purposely forgot to mention that it was actually $20 per month and that I would then be billed at the normal rate ($23 Basic Rate) automatically once the promo ended. It seems the goal is to trap you in a subscription you didn't realize you were joining. To make matters worse, it is really tricky to end the billing since there is no email communication or easy type web communication. Your billing cycle is triggered through your license plate no. I ended up just driving there and talking to the manger to make sure it was cancelled. The car wash does do and excellent job at cleaning.

  Great experience every time we go by it we clean and vacuum our car great service and free vaccum
