I brought my truck to Suburban Driveline for a second opinion on a rear-end noise and vibration after another shop told me I needed a complete rear axle replacement. I dropped the truck off on a Sunday and within a few hours of opening on Monday, I received a call from the owner with what turned out to be the correct diagnosis. He took the time to explain what they found and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The actual problem was failed rear axle bearings, not a failed differential. They replaced both rear axle bearings, seals and a broken ABS sensor. The repair cost was substantially less than the axle replacement I had previously been quoted. I've now put over 80 miles on the truck including highway driving, the noise and vibration are completely gone. The truck drives smooth and quiet again. What impressed me most was that they accurately diagnosed the problem instead of replacing major components unnecessarily. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to bring my truck or any of my other vehicles back in the future.

So i made an appointment and took my 2016 jeep in to replace drive shaft and they had it done as they said. My experience was good overall. Few recommendations they made which I need to address by them.
