  I had a very frustrating experience at this car wash. I went there specifically to cancel my membership, but the employee I spoke with refused to cancel it and told me to come back the next morning. I explained that I was traveling from about 50 miles away and that I would not be able to come back the next day. He then spoke with the assistant manager, but unfortunately, I received the same response. I was told that they could not cancel my membership and was given a card with a customer service number to call. I clearly explained that my bank was going to be charged that same night and asked them to please understand the situation and cancel the membership before the payment went through. Despite knowing this, nobody at the location was willing to help.As expected, the membership fee was deducted from my bank account that night. I later called the customer service number they provided, and customer service was able to cancel my membership — something the management at the actual location apparently could not do. However, I did not receive any refund for the charge.Honestly, I don’t understand the purpose of having a manager or assistant manager on site if they are unable or unwilling to resolve a simple customer issue. I was standing right there, explained the situation clearly, and even warned them that I was about to be charged.Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, poor communication, and no effort to accommodate the customer. I would strongly recommend improving the training and customer service at this location.

  The vacuum poses are always plugged. They got enough employees but they’re too busy walking around.

  On 8/8/26 my vehicle was damaged by this location car wash.After submitting a claim, needed to wait 5 days for result. I was amazed to receive a email from JetBrite that my claim was denied, claiming the posting their damage disclosure sign, and their regret to inform that the claim has been denied. This is not providing exceptional customer service? The denial claim excuse is a joke. After being a member with JetBrite for over 5 years, this is your response. I will clearly discontinue your services and will advise my family and friends to cancel their memberships. They should have at the least help pay to replace my rear wiper on my 2026 Honda HRV. I would think twice about using and obtaining a membership with JetBrite! I would like to give them Zero stars!!!

  Me encanta como deja limpió mi carro de limpió, tengo una membresía de $30.00 Dólares por mes y puedo llevar mi carro cuantas veces pueda pero por la misma cantidad, además que encuentro uno en cada lugar sin manejar demasiado
