  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I'd like to warn other potential car renter's regarding the Enterprise location at 501 West North Avenue, Villa Park, IL. Not only did I have a screw-on device stolen from the rental 5 minutes after I returned by the car cleaners, Enterprise charged me a $25+$1.50 Citation Charge for the "tollway exit on North Ave". Per the IL Tollway authorities, my transferred transponder was in fact charged for this exit. BTW, this charge was dated Feb of 2026 for a 9-2-25 to 9-12-25 rental. Enterprise 800 CS, ran me through the hoops to attach documentation from IL Tollway. The only reason I pursued this small refund was the fact that they stole from me & the branch and 800# did NOTHING about it. Hours & hours of phone calls and emails. I closed a very established CC today due to this. Too bad because Enterprise was my go to. NEVER AGAIN!! Patty Frehr

  This Enterprise location often works with a nearby body shop I trust (Addison Auto Body). The car I was picked up in was very comparable to my car, and the pick-up was very timely with very little wait time. As we drove safely from the shop to the Enterprise store, the representative explained features that may differ slightly from my car to make sure I was comfortable with the car and fielded any questions. The representative made the paperwork process painless, getting me on the road to my next appointment within 10 minutes of arriving at the shop. The time for my car's repair was unknown, and they made it very easy to contact the manager directly to extend my rental. I had a few questions after driving the car for a couple days, and my calls were always answered with patience, reassurance, and understanding. Being able to leave the car at the shop without worrying about calling in or adjusting drop-off times due to unforeseen traffic took even more stress away from the process. Overall, they made a stressful situation involving my car much less stressful with the rental process. I hope I don't need their services for the same situation again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call. Thank you!
