After picking up the vehicle, I realized they charged 650.00 for an aftermarket part when a new one from the dealer would cost 330.00. I called and asked if it was a mistake and was told “no”, we have to mark up the part!! And they never completed an alignment because the Honda was too wide for their equipment. I asked politely for a refund and have been ignored. Not an experience anyone should have especially when you give them your trust! Area Manager offered 2-3 alignments to offset a refund but why would I trust them again. Called and emailed him twice and was ignored. They can state I approved, but approved off misinformation. They ultimately stole from a local business and family as the Insurance doesn't pay 3X the value of the parts because you have to and should warranty your workmanship!!!
- JJjariselJun 30, 20261.0will find some type of way to overcharge you, i just went in for an oil change and then they gave me an estimate of over a grand of stuff my car “needed “ like an engine flush, new serpentine belt, new shocks/ struts, and i forgot what else, just make sure to go to a different mechanic before agreeing because nothing else needed to be replaced when i had it looked at by someone else. Definitely don’t recommend coming here, they don’t have reliable service at all. Darnell was the technician. They charged me for an engine flush and the oil change. 👎🏼
