  I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the exceptional customer service I received at Belle Tire in Villa Pk deserves recognition. Brooks and Evan exemplify professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. From the moment I walked in, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled efficiently. The wait time was remarkably short, communication was transparent, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. It’s refreshing to encounter individuals who take such pride in their work and consistently exceed expectations. Brooks and Evan are tremendous assets to Belle Tire, and their dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience truly sets this location apart. If you’re looking for honest service, efficiency, and a team that treats customers with respect, I highly recommend Belle Tire in Villa Pk.   This has been my favorite Belle Tires for years. They always take care of their customers, and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. This past time, Evan provided outstanding customer service! He was knowledgeable, professional and he made my visit quick and easy, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.   After coming out of work yesterday I saw my low tire pressure light was on. Unfortunately, I had a screw in one of my tires but was able to drive a couple miles to get to this Belle Tire. The guys at the shop were awesome! They got my car in right away and fixed my tire at no charge. They went above and beyond at getting me taken care of quickly and made me feel at ease that I could drive home safely on the highway.

  Ive been a regular customer at Belle Tire for the past 4 years and honestly always had good experiences, which is why this was disappointing. It seems the staff changed recently, and unfortunately the experience hasn’t been the same. The previous team was professional, helpful, and knew how to deal with customers the right way. My recent visit with the new staff was frustrating,the person I dealt with came across as rude and didn’t seem confident in what he was doing. As someone who also brings business through my rental vehicles, customer service and trust matter a lot. I hate leaving negative reviews because I supported this location for years, but unless things improve, I’ll have to start looking for alternatives.
