  Someone stole a lug nut off my truck. Came to belle tires and they were super busy up front. Phone ringing off the hook. And Brooks didn't hesitate to help me out. Thanks so much! Appreciate it

  Had a nail in my tire and stopped in after work hoping for a quick fix. It took some time, but Alejandro was upfront about the wait, so no surprises there. My tread was low too, which I expected, so they replaced it instead of patching. They repaired another one of my tires for free, without me bringing it up. Kind, courteous, and genuinely great service. Bonus points for the team overall: I overheard Brooks on the phone with a customer who needed the same basic questions answered more than once, maybe more than three times, and he handled it with far more patience than I could have—so much so that I had to compliment him on it on my way out lol.

  I had to make an emergency stop at Belle Tires in Villa Park because as I was pumping gas, I noticed a huge bump on my tire. I thought, that doesn’t look good. I walked in and asked Evan if there was a wait time to replace one singular tire, and he said it would get taken care of before the end of the day. Mind you, it’s a Friday, and already 4 PM when they close at 6 PM. Evan went above and beyond to not only check my problem tire, but also made sure my other 3 tires were all good, too. He explained everything clearly to me as we went through tire options. I won’t lie, I normally settle for a cheap used tire, but the price for a new tire here was better than I thought it would be! The service was prompt, shout out to the mechanics, where I was out in less than an hour. I appreciate Evan for the laughs and the awesome service! Thanks Belle Tires teammmm !!’

  I had a confirmed appointment with Evan. At the scheduled time, I was told they are "busy". Then Alex came and gave the same excuse - "we are busy". When I reminded them about my appointment, they immediately changed the story and said "we are getting oil". I tried to reschedule for Saturday 1pm and was flat out told no because "boys need to go". No solution, no apology, no respect for my time. I wasted hours waiting and chasing them. The customer service is total trash. If you value your time, go somewhere else
