Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

I purchased my tires from Mavis a couple of years ago, and recently thought I might have a slow leak or a nail. I called yesterday, and they were able to get me scheduled right away for a complimentary tire inspection.
The team thoroughly inspected all four tires, explained their findings, and provided honest recommendations. They cleaned one of the problem tires and confirmed that all of the valves were in good condition, and reassured me that there were no holes or punctures.
I really appreciated how quickly they were able to fit me in and the friendly, professional service I received from everyone. It's great to know I can count on Mavis for excellent customer care even years after my original purchase. Thank you!!!

I went to this location for an Uber vehicle inspection and paid $50. They measured my tire tread and told me my front tires were 7 mm and 8 mm, while my rear tires were 4 mm and 5 mm. Then they said I would FAIL the inspection unless I replaced the two rear tires.
The interesting part? They immediately offered to sell me new tires and said that if I bought them from them, they would waive the reinspection fee.
After that, I checked the facts. Brand-new tires typically have around 8–9 mm of tread. My rear tires still have about half of their usable tread left. Illinois law allows tires down to about 1.6 mm, and even many inspection shops consider around 3–3.5 mm acceptable for Uber inspections. A different inspection location in Wheeling even told me that 3.5 mm would pass.
So how does 4–5 mm suddenly become an automatic failure?
This felt less like a safety inspection and more like an attempt to pressure customers into buying tires they don’t actually need. I wasted $50 and my time because of this.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you need an Uber inspection, go somewhere else and get a second opinion before spending hundreds of dollars on tires. Based on my experience, this shop appears to be using overly strict inspection standards to drive tire sales.

I can’t thank the staff enough for their high quality service and compassion. I am extremely grateful for the team hard work. I will definitely be coming back to purchase all new four tires for my Jeep Wrangler.

We got a flat tire, walked in (no appointment needed — flat tires don't require one), and 30 minutes later we got our car back with the tire fixed. Kind and respectful service at a fair price. I hope I don't have to come back because of a flat tire, but whenever I need tires, this will be my first stop
