I went to visit them today and the driver manager Alex Wheeler was so rude to me. He was shouting at me, accusing me of lying, and even closed the window when I was talking. I don’t recommend dealing with them and I filed a claim with my insurance to deal with this.

He also let me know that if I needed another jump-start before replacing the battery, I could just call them again. That gave me a lot of peace of mind.
