Feldkamp’s was arranged by my insurance for roadside assistance (my car wouldn’t start/dead battery in my driveway)…and within 15min of the setup, your tow operator Steve was at my driveway! Super fast, friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and just as quickly as he arrived, Steve had my car hooked & on the way to my mechanic. Great employee & great service! While I hope I won’t need another tow anytime soon, I hope Steve & Feldkamp’s would be dispatched to me again!

My wife and I want to commend feldkamps on their prompt service earlier today. I decided to drive our Monte Carlo to the office today and the fuel pump died a few miles from home. We called feldkamps and we were blessed with the amazing service of Joe in towing our Monte Carlo back home. Joe was personable and took great care making sure our Monte Carlo made it home so we could go to work for the rest of the day. Thank you feldkamps/joe!

Despite an unfortunate start to the day with a flat tire, the exceptional service provided by Harley was instrumental in resolving the issue promptly. The outstanding service provided by this company is truly commendable.

Steven is a great help and very nice! I broke down on the interstate and of course felt terrible he had to get me. Not only did he make me feel better about the whole situation but he helped get my mind off it on the ride back to the house. 100/10 customer service:)

If I could give no stars, I certainly would. Their business is NOT in the same page at all. I was towed from a lot of Saturday. I went to get my car and was told by TWO employees that it shouldn’t have been towed because the photos that were uploaded to the invoice were improper. It wasn’t documented properly at all. They said I would be refunded Monday when the manager returned. Manager was pretty upset to hear that the front desk and driver admitted to improper documentation and that she’d call me back that evening. Never did. I called twice on Tuesday, never heard anything, called twice more Wednesday nothing. The place is not on the same page at all and getting ahold of any type of management is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend doing business through here what’s so ever.
