- DSDaniel SuttonSep 23, 20261.07 Showers this Pilot has. I was number 10 in line. 2.5 hours later still 3 ahead of me. Make it make sense…. No way drivers are taking that long to shower. We pay so much in fuel and all we ask for is a hot shower. With the prime parking in half your lot, do better Pilot! As an owner operator I’m done utilizing you guys!
- DRDennis RussellSep 16, 20261.0Don't come here if you need a shower. Always a 2 hour wait and place is dirty.. I thought maybe it was a one off deal but 3 times in a row I've waited for hours. Do better.
- EMElliot MontalvoSep 5, 20262.0Today's manager is useless. He just uses his phone and ignores the customers.
- EMElliot MontalvoSep 5, 20261.0The manager of this store, on September 5, 2026, is not a professional. He has a bad attitude. My app isn't working properly. I asked him if he could help me because it wouldn't open so I could see the code to unlock the shower door, and he practically ignored me. When I asked again, he replied rather rudely that he couldn't help me and that I should call the app's customer service. All he did was look at his phone in a corner. This happened at 1:20 pm. Pilot is getting worse every day. I had to use another shower because of the manager's incompetence.
- 2M20 mSep 3, 20261.0LAZY employees. Six drivers were left waiting hours for a shower because a lazy cleaner simply locked up the empty shower stalls and wandered off somewhere; instead of mopping the floor and putting out a clean towel, he just locked four or five of the stalls. Why bother working when Pilot pays for his time there regardless? A sleepy fly would be more likely to answer your question than the cashier. Mitchell... I asked him to call a supervisor, and he brazenly lied, claiming the supervisor would be busy for 30 minutes—even though she was sitting in the next room. To HR: where do you find these lazy people? Why aren't there penalties—like docking their pay—for failing to perform their duties? This isn't the first Pilot where such a disgrace has occurred. 09.03.2026
