One man sat on a personal call about food while completely ignoring me. I will take my Volvo elsewhere in the future. I've has mcg lower end cars most of my life and the service at those dealerships was significantly better!

- LSLinnea sorensenJun 5, 20261.0After ensuring the previous night that replacement tires were available, I scheduled an appointment for 7 am to have them replaced, as well as for routine maintenance including oil change, etc. I spent a significant amount of money per tire more at the dealership than I would have at any other establishment because I was assured that I would be taken care of at 7 am the following day. I arrived at 655 am, and the tire replacement was not completed until 1120 that morning. They also did not complete the routine maintenance I requested and was due for “because I didn’t need it”. I was never provided any updates throughout the appointment, despite the service manager being aware that I was waiting on site. Wait times are usually long at this service center, but this was excessive and I should have saved myself the $100 per tire and gone elsewhere.
