I called them, and they worked me in the same day. I was thrilled with the product and the service.

Scheduled an appointment over 6 weeks ago and was told they could get me in 3 weeks later. Recieved a call the day before the first appointment and they needed to reschedule. I understand things happen, so it was set for another 3 weeks later. Line-X called the morning of the day before the scheduled appointment and asked if I could come in a day early, I didn't get the message right away, as I was in a meeting. I called them back about 2 hours later and they stated they needed to reschedule again due to not having enough spray liner. Line-X offered to reschedule about 2-1/2 weeks later for a third try. I decided I didn't want to chance it again and lose another few weeks, so I called the Rhino Liner dealer in Rochelle and they scheduled me for about 10 days later. I gave Line-X two stars because they did call and cancel the day before. I do appreciate the communication from Line-X, but I don't understand how they run out of product if they had enough notice, especially 2 times with 3 weeks notice both times. I wouldn't recommend this place.

7/20/18 Communication difficulties between my expectations and what I was actually given ....but owner says he's going to make it right. I'll be sure to keep everyone posted. More to come.....
7/25/18 update
Dropped truck off last night for the situation to be remedied as promised. Shook hands with the owner and clarified expectations and everything. Back again today at 4:30pm to pick up my truck. They haven't started it yet! Was told they were just about to call me. They close at 5pm! I live and drove an hour 1 way to drop off and pick up my truck. They say that they are starting it and it will be ready in an hour. So here I wait. My ride had to leave. I'm stranded here waiting for them to finish. Now worried about driving home with wet product. Will it be affected on the drive home? They assure me it should be fine. Communication here TOTALLY SUCKS. Don't get me wrong....I have no problem with the Linex product...but this dealer and his crew have serious customer service issues. I'm a laid back kind of guy and I can forgive unforeseen and unintended problems....but there is no excuse for piss poor communication. Now my evening is shot in addition to the extra hours of unnecessary drive time....and not forgetting to mention having to arrange leaving work early to accommodate their business hours...all because they can't formulate complete sentences and communicate them to their customers. I will not be returning. BTW....there is another dealer in Aurora. Maybe they know how to communicate with customers?
Now it's 5:55pm, almost an hour and a half after I arrived and they finally bring me my truck with instructions not to touch it for several hours. And I'm expected to drive an hour home and HOPE that it doesn't get affected along the way from road dirt and grime at 55 mph????
8/2/18 update response to owner's response. I communicated my desire exactly and precisely.... pointing out my frustrations with my sun bleeched rail caps....the most visible part of the liner... when I did the walk around with your employee the night I dropped it off. The caps were the main reason to have a spray liner applied. How was I to know that they are not typically sprayed? I'm not in the Linex business but you are! And as far as for asking for something that you don't typically do.....you have a truck parked outside your business that is sprayed and covered with Linex.... every square inch!!! Isn't it part of Linex's advertising that you can cover anything??? Why would the assumption that spraying my rail caps....which are part of the bed liner...be so out of the ordinary? And why wouldnt your employee explain that to me when we did the walk around as they can obviously see that I have rail caps. Additionally, I was never told that you were busy and would "squeeze me in". I spoke to you the evening of the first spray date when I was upset. You said you would call me back to schedule another appointment to spray the caps with a brand new product. I had to call you when you didn't call me back the following Monday like you said you would. I called you Tuesday and you, Dave( the owner), told me to bring in my truck the next day. If you double booked yourself, don't blame me....you are the one in charge of your work schedule. It's funny that you can communicate effectively here on a review to pass the blame on to the customer. But you can't explain to a customer that you don't spray rail caps.... or you need to schedule them on a day that you have open.... or call the customer throughout the day when you realize that you aren't going to get to their vehicle. Instead....wait till they get there 30 minutes before you are slated to close.... and then you explain that you haven't even started to work on it. As I said before, your communication is what is the problem. Blaming the customer is just too easy.
You may not have mastered reading customers minds....but blaming customers for your lack of communication....well at least that is something you have mastered.

Poor workmanship! In 6 months line x is peeling and rusting thru wanted to meet with owner Dave would not do it he ran like a little kid and left his employees to deal with it I requested to speak with him would not return a call WONT BE IN BUSINESS LONG IF HE CONTINUES TO TREAT HIS CUSTOMERS THIS WAY / Dave I tried to discuss this with you on many occasions and constantly got a runaround you had my parts for 2 weeks and nothing was done but scrub my parts with water and give them back in the SAME CONDITION as when they were brought to you I am done with your shop! LINE-X in Montgomery took care of my parts and went above and beyond I will tell everyone I know and meet how sub standard your shop is and to go to Montgomery Line-X

Very happy with the Line-X bed liner and with the Sycamore Line-X store. Andrew and Dave were professional, friendly, and had the best pricing around our area. They was able to fit me into there schedule on short notice and I absolutely believe Dave will stand behind his work/product. Couldn't be happier.
