  The customer service people in the lobby are polite, friendly, and helpful. The alignment service took a little longer than it has in the past but they did a good thorough job and were busy. They do need to clean up the lobby though. The drinking fountains are filthy, the snack machine is about 95% empty, and the coffee machine is in pieces and unusable. I don’t drink coffee but some people mentioned that it was out of service and there were no other drink options like water, or tea that I drink when there.

  Took my son's SUV in this morning at 10am because of a slow leak in one tire. Pepe (sp?) said they couldn't patch it and needed to order one and it would be delivered in the afternoon and be fixed. It is now 6pm and Pepe checked out for the day and the tire has not been delivered. No one knows where the tire will be delivered. My son has no vehicle for tomorrow. Very poor way to do business. I would take my business elsewhere, plenty of tire companies around.

  They offer a good selection of tires. You just have to go in and see what they have for your car or truck!

  You’ve got some serious dishonest techs with dishonest management whose response is classic denial and apathy. If you have any reasonable expectations a tech is going to install brand new tires because you asked them to, you shouldn’t. I have less tread available than on my old ones I was replacing and they gave me tires from 2024 indicating they likely gave me somebody’s used tires since they claim they don’t even keep tires older than a year on their shelves. I cannot look past the fact there is half the tread life compared to my old ones on these tires they gave me and the fact they’re from 2024 when I asked for brand new. I cannot let go of the fact I specifically noted I would want to keep my 4 old tires and they did not place them in my car or make it clear if I would need to make 2 trips to come back or anything. I forgot about it until the next day because of all the bull$hit. They do tack on misc fees that don’t apply from the original quote for the sake of increasing the bill without communicating but that wouldn’t matter if they did because every word that does come out of anybody’s mouth is a lie anyway here. It’s also insane to have to come back twice just to make them put your tires at the correct psi. It’s also insane to specifically request an axle to be inspected they claim everything’s good and test driven just to be still charged for the alignment that did not meet correct standards. My car still dramatically pulls to the left the second you take your hand off the wheel I even showed a tech a video of this and they even agreed that’s not right to leave here and my car is still like that, but their excuse is they’re missing a $5000 tool to adjust the caster. The caster is only adjustable on SOME cars, but told me it is on mine, I call the dealership to confirm and IT IS NOT, indicating another lie / proof they didn’t inspect my axle like requested because if the caster is out of alignment there is a part failing to cause it to be out of adjustment. Go somewhere else if you expect honesty behind pricing and basic service and don’t want to be ripped off. I will not look past the fact they clearly went into my car searching for my wheel lock key claimed to of not been able to find it and then returned it after service was done in a different location of my car I discovered this when I went home and searched my car again because that was a shady claim. I haven’t moved that wheel lock key out of its place in over 4 years - causing me to waste extra time and money to make another stop to replace them. There’s no excuse for the unethical behavior. There’s just too many problems for it to be coincidentally a “bad day” for the workers or they’re learners. If you want to waste money on poor craftsmanship come here, this is the place to seriously be ripped off and lied to.

  Tire pricing is okay compared to other retailers/tire services. Just make sure to compare. But be careful with the additional alignment. They are charging $129 for front and back, which is high compared to other local alignment shops. Knowing you buy the tires from them, it should be cheaper than the local alignment. What is shady to me is that they said the bolts and other parts involved in the alignment are rusty and will break, so they quoted an additional $300+ (including $150 labor). So I need to spend almost $500 just for the alignment. I went to another alignment shop, and it is just fine, and they were able to work. FYI, I worked on my car and replaced the wheel bearing & hub assembly, rotor and brake pads, which I know the other parts are in good condition.
