  Manager Mark E. was amazing! He was very thrilled in explaining the products and educated us on the elite brakes which I did not know existed. It was exactly the product I needed and he had it in stock. This is my favorite AutoZone and I highly recommend it any do-it-yourselfer or professional. Super helpful staff they always have your parts!

  Hats off to the team at AutoZone in Streamwood, more importantly the manager on duty, Mark, and the young guy that helped me, Esau. I needed a last minute part and had 10 minutes to make it there before they closed, I raced from Elgin to Streamwood in that 10 minutes, when I got there they had just locked to door, but Mark heard me knock and let me in so that I could get the part I needed. It's not often that you find people of that caliber these days, helping others out when they really need it. Isn't that what we are here for to move forward to help each other out. Thanks guys because of you my daughter will be able to enjoy her mother's day....

  Delt with a guy named kyron. Was super helpful and polite. Wish there were more people like him at this location. Scanned my car, got me my parts I needed and made my day.

  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Mark E. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me with my issue. He took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed without feeling rushed.

  Mark Elkins at the streamwood store was very patient and friendly. Truly a person for a customer service and great knowledge. He went out of his way to go the extra mile and fix the problems that I had to deal with at the Carol Stream store. You cannot ask for a better employee then Mark with what he did to go out of his way and be so patient where too many times over and over again people just want to blow you off and do nothing because they're lazy. Oh and that includes Carol stream Police Department which can go eat another Dunkin' Donut as far as I'm concerned. They were so rude also that they asked me what do I want them to do over it to Carol stream store, fix my brakes? I told them to go eat a another donut. We need more people like Mark teaching these young people about respect and common courtesy and how to be patient and friendly. Mark is a keeper is an employee for AutoZone.
