  ☑️ So, get a load of this. I pull up to the scale, use the app for my first weigh-in—smooth sailing, right? Then I have to slide my tandems. I adjust them, roll back onto the scale, and of course, the app decides it’s a great time to stop working. Because why would technology actually work when you need it to? ☑️ ​I hit the buzzer, the intercom operator asks, 'First weigh or re-weigh?' I say, 'Re-weigh.' She says, 'Okay.' Brilliant, right? I walk inside to grab the ticket, and guess what? Surprise! That’ll be full price all over again. Apparently, 'Okay' translates to 'We’re about to rob you in broad daylight.' I am absolutely thrilled, as you can imagine. Just overjoyed. 🛑 Oh, and the cherry on top? The operator talked to me like I was personally ruining her entire life just by existing. Because nothing says 'world-class customer service' quite like getting charged double and treated like absolute garbage at the same time. Truly a five-star experience.
