  I'm very disappointed with the service that I received today. I reserved a mini van on 5/8/2026 for 7/23/2026. Upon my arrival, I was informed that a mini van was not available. The lady then tried telling me that they reached out to me. This was an ABSOLUTE lie because I have no missed calls or voice messages or emails from them!!! She tried to get me take a smaller vehicle in which this was not an option because I needed a mini van. I won't be using them again because of the inconvenience they caused. The road trip was scheduled for the following morning. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

  Staff is friendly but I've had too many issues getting the vehicle I've ordered. THERE'S ALWAYS AN ISSUE . This last incident was the straw that broke... I was scheduled to pick up a SUV at 5 p.m ...I was called at 4:40 to let me know the vehicle had issues and was offered another a sudan... I don't know why enterprise don't treat this facility as it's one of its best locations but there ya have it.. Good luck

  If i could give zero stars i would!! My family and i have dealt with enterprise for over 2 decades and this year they really flew the pooch!! Two years ago i was renting a van and of course i was qualified to rent. I handed the manager at the time my check stub and he claimed it was fraudulent when ALL of my info matched with my address. Mind you i work for the railroad and the railroad i work for have a business relationship with them. Without any knowledge i was placed on the DNR list with them. The lady i spoke to at corporate was incompetent as an idiot at a smart convention!! Mind you that whole team that was there at that time no longer work for enterprise, from what i was told he had been fired. Fast forward to now, as i type this my family and I should have been in Mississippi for a family reunion but they accused my parents of breaching their contract because i was seen in the driver's seat (mind you i was an authorized driver on her account) so 5 miles from home they call my mom's phone and tells her to return the van back, my dad drives the van back and the manager there gets nasty with him. Thankfully my Marine attitude didn't come out. They were not placed as DNR but their incompetence and not looking at information properly caused us to miss this family reunion and mind you the branch manager confirmed i was an authorized driver despite being bogusly placed as a DNR. I once praised them for doing something nice almost 10 years ago but this was utterly disappointing, never again with enterprise!!
