  Mike B was my sales guy, he was fantastic, no pressure, informative, and polite. Nick did my trade in and was super helpful and informative. I came in at 10:30 and left out with my new Porsche before 2 pm. Thank you guys and your team for an easy transaction. I love my new car

  Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. Heather has been top notch professionally. The team here has addressed and stood by their every word. Something you don’t get often these days. Taylor was amazing at setting up my car as I was finishing paperwork. Nik couldn’t have been more helpful with the details of my options and didn’t hesitate at all with all of my concerns and dealt with every issue I had. I haven’t dealt with Tony and Mark in service directly, but I’m clearly impressed with them as they handle the two issues I had come up after taking delivery of the car. Buying a car isn’t exactly a common thing for us, but I will be going through St. Charles Mercedes Benz in the future, and they are 3 hours away from me. Phenomenal team and service. Thank you all!

Even though we arrived just a few hours before closing, no one ever made us feel rushed. They took the time to answer every question and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. A few days later, I returned for my vehicle orientation with Tayler, and he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to walk me through every feature of the vehicle, making sure I understood everything before I left. His patience, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made the experience feel like true white-glove, red-carpet treatment. After being a loyal Toyota customer for 21 years, making the switch to Mercedes-Benz was a big decision.
