  5 stars all day. If you live in Chicagoland. This is the dealership to go to. Dean, Ron, and Anthony is parts are phenomenal. Everyone here is honest and the prices match what they should. I went to Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estates, they wanted to charge me 2.3x more than what the honest guys at Saint Charles would have. My family has been coming to this dealership for years, even before when they were across the street. Simply the best. We are so blessed to have them.

  After visiting several different dealerships during my search, Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable experience. I purchased a C300 and worked with Mike in sales along with Nik, the sales manager, and they were both incredibly professional, personable, and easy to work with — never pushy or transactional. One thing I especially appreciated was how thoughtful and efficient the entire process was. Instead of having me sit around during the financing paperwork, they had Taylor, their product concierge, help me get everything set up in the car. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all the features, settings, and profile setup, which made the delivery experience feel much more personalized and seamless. I also really appreciated that I was able to schedule a separate learning session with Taylor afterward to better understand all of the technology and features the car has to offer. He was patient, informative, and made everything much less overwhelming. What really stood out was that the entire team stayed late to make everything come together, and throughout the process I truly felt that they cared about creating a positive experience rather than just making a sale. I would absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles to anyone looking for a Mercedes and a dealership that’s genuinely pleasant to work with.

  I had a great experience in service. Brad was fantastic. I visited without an appointment. He did everything that he could to make sure I was accommodated. Definitely recommend.

  After hearing bad dealer stories all my life, I have always purchased vehicles from my mechanic, or private parties and one car from a friend who owned a Toyota dealership…. So, just last week,I I bought a used car from Heather Heart at Mercedes of St Charles She took the angst, the bad juju, the frustration away from the auto buying “process”. In fact, I never thought of it as a process— it was an experience and my experience was fun, easy-going, and Actually, quite lovely! Everyone that I came into contact with at Mercedes of St Charles; including, but not limited to Heather, of course, also Sales Manager Nick , the service manager , the cashier, the detailers, Anyone and everyone was super helpful and kind. I will definitely go back…. ( just to visit !!)

  This is my second time ordering parts from them my first sales rep was a good, but this THIS SECOND experience with Anthony Edwards was a phenomenal , he sure knows his job and what he did for me was just amazing. i can truly say this his professionalism was the best. keep the good work Anthony we need more people like you, you rock
