- SLScott Laski5 days ago5.0Very professional and informative on explaining what my truck is needing soon but also wasn’t pushing the sell. Friendly atmosphere, everyone seemed to have there place and worked as a team for quick convenient service
- RPRobert PritchardSep 26, 20265.0The guy there working was pretty cool! Got everything taken care of in minutes. Great atmosphere
- LLLeahSep 25, 20265.0I think I've used this shop three times so far and every time has been excellent. All of the employees are professional, friendly, and just on top of their game when I pull in the garage. I also appreciate there is no hard selling. I'm shown options and then we move on. Any questions I have are answered.
- ABAmanda BurrisSep 24, 20261.0I went for a conventional oil change. I don’t know what he gave me but it was not the 5000 mile oil change it was still the 3000 but he charged me 80 or 90 something and then I gave a 50% coupon but it didn’t go through and I could not afford an 80 dollar oil change. I got a 3000 mileage oil change for 75 with a 10 off coupon. That’s insane. I feel they look at who they can like certain women and then choose what price will be used.
- BRBritini RoggerAug 29, 20261.0One star rating is more than generous. Will NEVER visit this location EVER again. Had NO issues with my vehicle upon arrival, they changed my oil and when I left my car was jerking and making all kinds of noise. I went back only to deal with extremely rude management who were completely unknowledgable about what to do, manger was CALLING HIS FRIENDS for advice and never resolved anything. I had to find a mechanic after hours because its late evening and I have an hour drive home. I asked the asst manager if it was safe to drive to which he responded with "well I would assume" . That is unacceptable. Their resolution was a 2nd oil change which solved nothing. So I was sent out of there with 2 oil changes, high blood pressure and my engine light on with a vehicle running terrible, cost me $135 and not knowing if ill make it to the mechanic I just called. I drive a 328i BMW, they knocked a turbo hose loose but were to uneducated to figure it out. This essentially could have caused serious damage to engine. And I'm not going to address that the oil cap was not tightened all the way and the sloppy mess they left under the hood. If I could rate this -100000/100 I would. I will be calling corporate Monday. Nothing acceptable about this visit, ESPECIALLY the management.
