Never feel pressured to buy extras although most of the time I do. My only wish is next time I drive in I want girls in bikinis helping out, jk but for real yall rock!

Anytime I need an oil change, tire rotation, or some little pick me up for my Jeep I go straight here! I must acknowledge Scott and how attentive he was to not only to my vehicles needs but also remaining respectful and communicative with me throughout the process. He definitely went above and beyond; that shows true character along with the positive culture in the shop. The crew always makes you feel as though you are valuable and they do not rush you out like a number. At Valvoline on Jefferson, you are treated as a human and given the kindness deserved by all. I have been a regular customer since moving to Springfield in 2020. When something’s maintained this level of quality for 6+ years; you know they are doing it right! - TTTheLongman0013Sep 4, 20265.0Brought two vehicles in together to get the oil changed. First one went great, the second one had a problem with getting the oil filter off from the previous visit. The manager went over and above to take care of us and make it right. It took awhile but he even went across town to get a different tool to make it happen. We were there approaching two hours, but did a great job to turn this experience around, and correct a prior mistake, and took care of the second vehicle oil changed. We will continue to bring our vehicles to this location. Jim Long

They checked every possible aspect of my car while I sat IN MY CAR! WOW!!! I never liked sitting in awaiting room of a car shop. 👏👏👏 They even set a reminder in my car’s internal System I never knew existed. I’m a new fan and this will be my regular stop for my little Nissan from now on.
- ZWZaria WilliamsSep 1, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for an oil change and fuel treatment. Within 5 minutes of leaving location, my car shut off in the middle of the road. My check engine, oil, and battery light came on. They were nice enough to come out and help me get going. They checked everything again and things were “fine”. Next day, same thing. They sent someone out again and things were “fine”. My check engine light remains on after several days and they refuse to accept fault. I am in the process of filing a claim but I doubt they take responsibility. Will NOT be back.
