All of a sudden I have a leak- no oil on the ground where I parked my car before I took it, but suddenly when this place changes my oil I now have a leak. They want to blame me but tell me how that’s possible when there was no oil leak BEFORE THEY TOUCHED MY CAR. And OF COURSE they take ZERO responsibility just take my money for an overpriced oil change after they damage my car and try to gaslight me into thinking it was there before. I’d give negative stars if it’d let me.

My son took his car in for an oil change and not long after his car started sputtering and not wanting to shift properly. Now we have been waiting for 2 weeks to get into a shop just to get looked at to see what the issue could be. We contacted them to see maybe they let the transmission fluid out while checking the fluids since its an older car but of course they tried to say no but who knows exacrly what they did. I am beyond frustrated that my son has been without transportation because of this issue and its an inconvenience to me having to get into another repair shop and him to work from something they caused in the first place! Unless u want to buy a new car DONT EVEN DO IT!
