  Just wanted to give a shout out to Tuffy Tire & Auto in Springfield for helping us out today and at the last minute of their work hours plus working past reg hours to help us out. We had a leak in our tire on one of our zero degree mowers and they spent extra time helping patch us up so we could finish mowing that evening. Yes not a vehicle but our mower so they went above and beyond just to get us back on track so we could get done. Wanted to say thanks again to the young man that helped us out and to Gary as well thank you both. You have a great worker there and wanted to say how thankful we were to you guys again. We greatly appreciate it just shows how great Tuffy is here in Springfield!! Thanks from the late night mowers.

  I heard some rattling from under my car. I was able to call Tuffy get a same day appointment. It was a minor problem but they took time out of their day to look at my vehicle when they’re already swamped. They swapped out some pieces to fix the problem and all for no charge! I’ve been coming to Tuffy for years now with my vehicles and they never steer me or my family wrong.

  I moved here 4 1/2 years ago and asked some people at church, what is the best and most trustworthy car repair place to go? Hands-down, it was Tuffy’s! Family owned, family run, Gary & his wife, and their sons, are extremely friendly, very kind and take time with you to make sure they know everything that needs to be done, so you can feel confident the job will be done! And PS, I think they almost always have Krispy Kreme donuts on the counter! Yep! If you know, you know ;-) Thanks to everyone who has worked on almost all 4-5 of our vehicles!🚗🚙👨🏻‍🔧⚙️🛞 I have five daughters and we only take our vehicles to Tuffy’s Tire & Auto Service Center!

  Amazing customer service! Helped replaced two of my popped tires even though they were about to close. Even drove with me to firestone to pick up the tires since they didn’t have any in store.

  I took my car to Tuffy's because the AC had not been working for a long time. Long story short, they told me that the whole system needed to be replaced and it would be about $4300. They told me the rear AC lines were all corroded, which they were. I asked if the front AC could be blocked off from the rear AC and they said that was not possible. SO... I got my car back, looked at online forums, and the first thing that popped up was a rear block off kit, which is a very standard, regular repair on this car. I called another shop in town - they got me in the next day, blocked off the rear AC lines, replaced a hose in the front all in the same day for around $900. The day that I took my car to Tuffy's, it was 100 degrees out. I wonder if they thought I would pay the high expense because I was desperate for cool air.
