    Junk yard shop. All I needed was a clutch install. Picked the car up after 2 weeks the first time they said it was done and it didnt want to start, reverse wasnt working and car was making horrible noises. I couldnt believe they thought it was good to go? They told me it was a faulty part so I ordered the new part and spent another $300 for that install. Waited another week, came to pick the car up the second time and it wasn't any better. Not to mention they dropped my car on the lift and dented my side skirt and it wasn't there the first time i came to get it. I've been around the car industry my whole life and this by far was my worst experience. All said and done I ended up spending $1500 for my car to be dented and immediately had to go to another shop and be torn apart. Nothing was adjusted, no lubricant in crucial metal on metal spots. Price wouldnt of been an issue if it was done correctly. The clutch was just thrown in the car. No communication while the job was being done, only when it was "ready to be picked up". If you care for or value your vehicle at all, find another shop.

    Brent kept my car from July 2025 to April 2026 after failing to repair my head gasket 2 times under warranty. He has kept the car for so long that my warranty FOR THE HEAD GASKET and LABOR he sold me is about to expire. have been going to Thomas Garage for about 3 years and up until this point they had been great always on time and kept me up to date. That was until recently. LAST YEAR in July of 2025 my car overheated. The head gasket blew and had to get it replaced. After Brent had my car for 3 weeks I finally got it back and It failed again within a month. But it was under warranty so we're good right? Wrong After a few MONTHs I got my car back in early December and it overheated AGAIN before I even got home. So I again had to take it back. Brent kept my car from July 2025 to April 2026. During this time he gave me excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long. Tori and Brent ignored my texts , calls and messages on multiple occasions. Not once did they ever return a call. On top of this my heat no longer works (which he previously fixed as well), but he has again kept my car so long I'm now out of warranty for the heater core, the coil packs they said they also fixed are falling apart. I also need to redo the valve cover gasket that they did as it wasn't aligned properly and I now have oil in my spark plugs I have attached some of the messages below so you can get an idea of just how bad the communication is here. Pay attention to how much they just ignored me. I'm incredibly disappointed in Brent and Thomas Garage as a whole. They took advantage of my situation to squeeze me for money I didn't have. I informed them on multiple occasions that I literally couldn't afford to wait any longer and they ignored me or would tell me a date that come and go with no call. The work quality is simply not there anymore this is from someone who has been going to him for few years. It has dropped off. He has lost me as a customer. If you go to him you may never get your car back beware

    They did great work and within a reasonable amount of time. They also let me bring in my own parts so they will not issue a warranty if you bring in your own Parts which will say right on the invoice. They also did not go and waste after budget on a fancy showroom
