  Wow as an emerald member I have never seen a customer service as bad as National. 1. I went to get my work reservation and they said all the cars are dirty they dont have a working Vacuum. I said well I have to have a car give me the least dirty. Apparently that was an upgrade and I was charged 2. I called customer service and "Jeffery" said I cant help you call after you return, thanks and then ended the chat with out asking if I had further questions. 3 I restarted the chat and then Linda who said welcome to Alamo... I said I have National, she said well basically the same thing then wasn't responding and said I have to assist more than just you so you need to hold on. 4. Everyone was short and rude. It was a simple fix, $43.96.Not that much but something my company will flip about. I rent on average 10-15 times a year and so do the other 50 people that work with me. We are all having similar issues and my company is going to redo our policy to start using another company. National Rental car has beyond poor customer service.SO if you are in need of a rental car use Hertz or Avis

  Great experience for 1st time renting a car. Yolanda at pickup and drop off was wonderful. 2025 Ford Escape was flawless on our trip to Virginia and back
