I took it to my mechanic and he said he couldn’t find any issue with the car and said the device is probably why my battery is draining. I contacted the place that installed it and they told me to set up an appointment through Intoxalock. No one has answered my calls and I can’t do anything until I talk to someone to get this figured out. I’m paying a lot of money for this and no one is reaching out to me when I have questions.
