  I purchased an SUV from Green Mazda and the experience was exceptionally smooth. The vehicle was two years old so had an issue that I wanted taken care of. Sales Associate Rob Hansen was fantastic and the service after the sale from Rob and the rest of the team at Green Mazda has been terrific!!! If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend Rob Hansen at Green Mazda!!!

  The biggest joke in Springfield! I bought a car in January it had been in the shop almost every month since! Ron tells me it’s fixed no never!m dash lights supposedly recalls fixed lol guess what nope he has different excuse everytime. Car been shaking I’m front end said motor mount yet still having some front end issue again took 9knyh to find the shaking and stilll not fixed radiator leak want seen the last 10x now im supposed to figure out day I have to take off and convent wasn’t fixed before warranty on their end which when I bought told 80000 mi warranty lol until I reread paperwork they put 60000 in paperwork. Which is a whole other scam they got me on!

  I would NOT recommend buying a car from Green Mazda...specifically if Justin Liss is involved. I've never had such a terrible experience purchasing a car as I had at Green Mazda. Make sure to read every single detail on the contract. I am usually very good about it, but things promised were not what I ended up getting so be very careful! I had to have my paperwork fixed MULTIPLE times after leaving, even my VIN # was wrong on all paperwork TWICE. It's a shame to have such a shady sales manager, because their Service Dept. is TOP NOTCH!

  Green Mazda is 5 stars +. We were traveling from Akron, OH to Denver, CO when our 2017 Mazda CX-5 had an engine check light come on about 15 miles West of Springfield, IL and we started to loose power. Stop at a local auto repair shop that read the code, which showed a fuel pump problem. They told us to contact Green Mazda. We called and talked to Amanda in Service around 11AM. They didn’t have any openings, but she said if we could get there before their 11:30 lunchtime she would have someone do the diagnostics. The service tech found the problem to be a failing low pressure fuel pump which was covered by a Mazda 150,000 mile extension warranty. We just turned 130,000 miles. They had the part and we were on the road again after 3 1/2 hours. Everyone we talked to at Green was great, especially Amanda Lowe and the service tech, Ken Dunley, for going above and beyond to get us back on the road so fast. We really appreciated it. We highly recommend Green Mazda for both Sales and Service.

  I was traveling when my car broke down in Springfield on a Holiday weekend. I had the car towed here, and found alternative transportation back home. The Service Department was incredibly friendly and fast getting the work done (I wish I could remember his name). And, the repairs were reasonably priced. I wasn't able to return to pick up the car before the Service Department closed. I took a chance and took the rental car to the Dealership, hoping a salesman or business manager could get my keys and square my bill up. Austin was very helpful, able to ring up my bill, and get my keys. He even offered to transport me back to the airport to return the rental car, so that I wouldn't have to Uber back to the Dealership. But I had my plan in place already.
