  Staff member was friendly, but they only had 1 member on duty with a line of customers out the door. Staff member was in no rush to help clear the line. Not the staff members fault management should schedule more opening staff. Instead of opening more locations in the same city.

  Stopped in just to get some air in my rental car tires. It could not have been a better experience. Not only did they fill all the tires, they reset the pressure monitor and had me pop the hood so they could fill up the washer fluid. Highly recommend this location.

  My car was clean, full of gas, and ready to go when I arrived. They were quick to answer any questions I encountered while driving. Very friendly staff. It was my first time renting and they made me feel very much at ease. I will certainly come again if need be.

  They know how to take reservations, but not how to honor those reservations and then lay the blame on the client. Update: I had another reservation for two weeks later. After speaking with the district manager, I hoped for the best. Once again, a massive let down. I don't even know why they bother with reservations, it's a flip of the coin if they'll have a vehicle or not. Plus, the staff really don't seem to care about the major headache the situation causes and are not helpful about it at all. I'll will no longer be using or recommending this Enterprise or Enterprise at all.
