- LHLeke Hoxha4 days ago1.0Extremely unprofessional. I booked the car on Tuesday for a very important out or state interview. They called me on Saturday one hour before the pick up that they have no cars left. Who does that? 0 stars if possible.

While my claim was being processed, I was given a rental through enterprise to use until I was able to get a new car or until claim was settled. I was loaned a 2026 Nissan Sentra. Although it’s not a sedan like my car was, it was still spacious enough for me and my kids. I had it for 28 days and there wasn’t an issue at all. I also had a very easy drop off experience as it only took less than 2 minutes. The staff were all friendly and happy!!!

Roman was super polite and helpful, he had amazing customer service and conversation skills. He made the process super simple, he’s someone you guys should keep around!
