So when we had a few things go wrong, I knew I needed to reach out and call because this wasn’t like our prior experiences. The customer service that I received from Roman and his staff re-solidified the reason why we won’t rent anywhere else! Top notch customer service!

We have had a reservation for two week to take our son to St.Jude for radiation on his brain tumor. Instead of informing us peor to the morning of pick up we don’t have a vehicle for you. Then proceed to say there are zero cars. You would think a email or something saying we could not do our job and provide us with a car when a reservation had been made. Then corporate sets up a reservation and the trash at the airport says we can’t give you that vehicle. This is Springfield and wouldn’t expect any less out of them!!!

Rented the vehicle out that I had a reservation for to someone else then I had to wait 3 days to get a rental, and when I got there to pick up the rental they said they had for me after giving mine to someone else I still waited over 2 hour's for someone to bring a rental back so I could get the rental.
