  Poor customer service. Was in need of a large suv due to car going into the body shop. Called first time on hold for 20 minutes, which is fine, guy answered and said he would check to see if he has any available. Never came back to phone and could hear them pick up the phone dial extension forward me corporate reservations. So I called back, no wait time, just employee picked up the phone and dialed extension for corporate reservations. Called back two more times and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up on as I could hear the phone being placed back down with background noise. Called again was placed on the auto hold when all representatives are busy. Sat on that line for 15 minutes and hung up. Called back again and finally got someone to tell me availability. Seems to be a common theme with customer service not existing anymore. Do better enterprise.

  Due to the well educated drivers of Springfield, I have used Enterprise a few times. Staff here has always been friendly and accommodating. Vehicles have always ran well and served their purpose. And of course, the collision centers are directly behind them. Will most probably use them again. Hopefully for something like when I travel.

  This Enterprise location sent my mid 80’s parents out in a car with a hole in the tire. Sending elderly people out in unsafe vehicles is unacceptable. If you’re elderly and want to rent a car watch out for this location; not professional.
