They never turned away from me. They did the job their self and I couldn’t be any more happier for what they did for me. My brake calipers and rotors were molded together and they fought to help me out. I even gave them a tip because I know what they went through. I am super pleased with this manager and his mechanics. The price was super reasonable too. The best shop in Springfield IL hands down. Thank you carx. You did well with this crew. Give them a raise. They deserve it.

- CBchris bostonMay 26, 20261.0After making an appointment, when I got there they said they didn’t have the right tools to plug a hole in a tire. Didn't even look at the tire. Not a car on a lift either. Both employees sitting inside "without the tool" to remove a screw and plug the hole. Pathetic.
- NSNitro StormMay 9, 20261.0If possible, I would leave zero stars. I got new tires put on at this location and they let me leave with four missing Lugnuts and three lugs cross threaded on the post. I had to replace the post and get new Lugnuts and the only reason I even knew about it was because I went to go get my tires rotated and the shop told me all inspection aftermarket wheels so there’s a center concealment to where I couldn’t see the lug nuts they were just to put the plastic component back over top and let me On dangerous tires.
