  Very disappointed with this we bought a motor home this weekend the walk thru was not never really showed us much never had it plugged in so we could make sure the fridge or air-conditioner worked when they pulled it around for us to go home all interior lights was on we got some turned off but there are 2 rows going down the middle that we can't get turned i have called them many times to find out how to turn off and no one will talk to me,check engine light is on they told us there was nothing they could do they don't work on that kind of stuff so why sell motor homes if you can't fix that kind of stuff, we pulled a shade down wouldn't go back up said there was nothing they could do about that. So service after the sell sucks..as far as the check engine light on i drive a semi and the check engine light comes on all the time most of the time it's really nothing but we will see so watch Camping World!!!!

  DO NOT BUY an RV HERE!!!!My family had a 5th wheeler delivered on October 8th. The salesman had promised the RV would be cleaned AND the old mattress would be removed according to the state law that a used mattress could not be sold with the RV. After bringing a sick child home from the hospital yesterday they arrived to a NASTY bathroom with brown rings in the toilet bowl and dried urine on the seat. The bathroom floor and bedroom floors were filthy AND the USED mattress was STILL on the bed!!! They had to deep clean the new RV ! The drawers by the TV had not been cleaned because there were multiple items still in there from the previous owners. These complaints were addressed by phone today with THIS company by my family and there were no apologies or resolutions offered. DONT TRUST THIS RV BUSINESS!!!

  Several issues but the most prominent would be: we were supposed to pick up the unit at 9am Friday morning. We didn’t leave camping world till 130pm. This wouldn’t have been an issue except: -my husband works night shift and were told the unit would be READY to go at or around 9 am. It was specifically planned this way to accommodate his sleep schedule. -We were dealing pending and financing secured Monday. Told to come pick the unit up Tuesday and sign the papers. Husband drove an hour to the store to find the finance guy (who draws up the paperwork to sign) is off on Tuesdays. (Not just this Tuesday every Tuesday as per what he told me when we finally met Friday) on Tuesday (since finance guy is out) they make a plan for us to pickup Friday at 9am to accommodate husbands schedule. Cut to Friday morning… -we waited over 2 hr because the unit was being detailed…. I will attach pics of the detailing. We actually almost left, got to our truck and were called back because the detailing was finished. Edit to add: post won’t allow pics but there was food mess splattered on the cabinets, dirty diapers in the bathroom cabinet, rat poop in the drawer, a dirty toilet and shower, the previous owners washcloth…. I can go on. Long story short we won’t be doing business here again and suggest you don’t either. I wasn’t going to post this but as I was cleaning the “detailed” camper… I got angry…. I shouldn’t be cleaning rat poop and dirty diapers out of a camper I just bought from a DEALER.

  I bought a 2022 Flagstaff classic fifth wheel for Work. I currently travel on the road to work. It’s been doing it for 12 years. This is my first time buying a camper from camping world I’ve owned several campers. I can honestly say that I am not happy I’ve contacted the business Bureau and even my attorneys camping world in Springfield. My offense has no business running a company I bought my unit. They found a couple issues with it. I never even brought it home. They had my unit 2 1/2 weeks replaced the floor one of the slides and was supposed to go through the whole unit. I pick my unit up and head to a job in Arkansas to come to find out that I had a main air conditioner that did not work my bedroom wide plugs for like charging your phone or alarm clock do not work the Showerhead was broken the kitchen sink barely had any water pressure and some more issues that I continue to have to fix. I reached out to them. They told me I had to bring the unit back to them. Remind you it’s 100° outside at the time with my dog in the camper. I had to call a service guy out. They cost me about thousand dollars to tell me the air conditioner was no good Camping world did pay for an air-conditioning unit, but I had to spend fuel in time to drive nine hours to go pick it up and then to pay for a service guy to install it which they refused to reimburse me for the service guy the thing that aggravates me the most is, I mentioned it 1000 times when I bought the unit to go over everything in the unit before I took it make sure everything is working properly and like it’s supposed to and clearly they do not do their job I will say I’ll never buy another camper from them again and I’ve already made it very clear to all my union Brothers and sisters and all my contractors and companies that I work for never get a unit from them and you would think when you buy a camper, they would send you with everything that’s supposed to be with that camper. I am still missing all my outside shower hoses. The TV in the unit. The speakers did not work so I had to buy a new TV and I had to buy new tires for the unit.

  So we bought a 2024 momentum toy-hauler on JULY 22nd. On the 21st we received a call about a recall that must be repaired before they can release it...okay I get it. The parts were ORDERED ON THE 21ST. We were supposed to get a new bed, didn't order it it until signing was done. Just arrived weeks later. Supposed to do an exterior treatment to the rv, never done. I don't understand thier thinking or processes. When an rv comes in on trade or to sell, evaluate rv and make necessary repairs or corrections to make it syllable. We took delivery two weeks after signing and things weren't comeplete 100%, the bed was still on order, the coating wasn't done. At this point I could of walked away, legally. The new GM calls me trying to make things right and began to bully my on the phone. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone until they fix their processes and communication problems. The parts guy was off on the Thursday and Friday after signing, and nobody knew our parts status. Nobody? Thats a broken system. It was a colossal nightmare getting answers. Be cautious folks.
