I only picked 4 stars because they said they had a referral program with my insurance company meaning they would get me a cheaper price than my deductible so that I didn’t need to use my insurance company. Well the price was $490 and my deductible… yep was $500 lol

I chose to bring my car in as this offered the quickest appointment date, since my windshield is almost completely shattered. My appointment was at 11am, so I arrived with my vehicle at 1045 and dropped off the keys. Not 10 minutes later, they call me to tell me the windshield they ordered is damaged, and they will not be able to fix my car today. They are hardly apologetic, and only worried about rescheduling me as soon as possible. However, I had to drive an hour to get to this location and I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they did not realize their materials were broken until I was already there with my car. I told them I would not be making another appointment as this took two hours of drive time to bring in my car. Once again, hardly apologetic and offered nothing to me for the waste of my time. No discount offered or anything. I would never waste my time here again, this is my first experience with Safelite so I'm not sure if it's the company, but this location is terrible!
- JLjacob labadieAug 8, 20265.0Only had one chip in my windshield and was fully expecting to pay $150 or so to have it fixed, but turns out progressive was able to completely cover it with $0 deductible and the ladies at the front desk made it very easy to help set that up. So I was very satisfied about that. On the receipt, it said the tech who did the repair was Delfino which I hope is right because I forgot to ask his name, he did an excellent job and made the chip nearly invisible, which I wasn’t expecting. Very good service here! Thank you everybody!
