- SBSharon B1 day ago1.0Mobile appt was missed, had to bring car to shop. Glass they put in incorrectly and it broke easily weeks later. They Glued it rather than screw the window into the brackets. See the Black Glue in pics below!!
- TRTony Renteria3 days ago5.0I was given a time slot of 8-12 & expected the rep to contact me at 11:59, like the cable guy does, to tell me he was on his way. My rep contacted me at 7:30 to say would be there at 8: he arrived at 8 and estimatedc2 hrs. It actually took 3 due to the windshield being over 20 years old, but I was not inconvenienced. Great job, I would use again & would recommend to others.

Called me to e morning of appointment to let me know what he had on schedule and gave me more information on time of arrival then the 4 hour window and was there when he said he would be and kept me informed on what he was doing and how long it would take and when he was leaving to drive car for recalibration. Professional and courteous.

Didn't bring the replacement glass round 1, said that the moldings were too hard to get off and canceled, 3rd time they just didn't show up with no call or anything and we sat there for 3 hours! Customer service was USELESS. And now I can't even set up a new appointment! Complete garbage! Suggest using a good mom and pop set up.
