Both commercial leasing and short-term rentals routinely drop the ball, and the staff is easily the rudest I have ever encountered. As a General Manager myself, I would completely overhaul this entire facility. My vehicle reservations are perpetually unreliable either not ready upon arrival or mysteriously canceled altogether. On multiple occasions, I have secured a truck only to arrive and find it has been given away to someone else. The commercial leasing department is no better. I received a call informing me that my lease rates on two trailers were being drastically raised, and the representative was entirely smug about the markup. When I pointed out that the adjustment amounted to a massive hike, the rep dismissively corrected me: "It's actually a 57% increase." Furthermore, customer service representatives over the phone routinely hang up on callers or leave you on hold indefinitely until you are forced to disconnect. My strong advice before doing business here of any kind: take your business elsewhere, even if it requires traveling significantly farther out of your way.
