  Thanks Chris and Jeff. I’ve had service done here over the past years. John was a great guy and then there was turnover, so I wasn’t sure about continuing going. These 2 dudes renewed my faith in the location and I look forward to seeing them for years to come. I did a battery change today due to their recommendation a week ago. They cleaned the posts and did good work! I also received a radiator flush which had been rec’d for the past few visits. I can definitely say I noticed a difference in the performance of my 2015 honda vehicle.

  Valvoline in South Elgin, checked out my car and recommended places I could go to get it fixed when they could have fixed the smaller issue and took my money. They were honest and told me I had a much bigger problem that needed to be fixed first by a mechanic.

  Fast, but low quality for the price. I paid for full synthetic and the reminder sticker they printed me wanted me back after 3k miles, which is not correct for a full synthetic change.

  Everything was great but I feel like it was cheaper before. I realize everything has gone up though. Great staff also.
