  This Valvoline location has an excellent crew of staff that are personable and knowledgeable. I trust them for oil changes and other services.

  No discussion about which service level or pricing. They just started working on it. I had an email coupon for $20. It was about a week old. I was told it expired. Yes, I saw that now, expired 2 days ago. Not his fault. I asked if there were any other discounts available. No. He wasn’t rude, but not polite either. What if I only had cash? What if I disputed the $84? I didn’t agree up front to any specific service or cost. That email was deceiving. It snowballed into making me angry, but I controlled myself and paid the full amount. Don’t send coupons email if the discount isn’t valid for at least 2 weeks. Discuss the service options and cost before you touch a customer’s car. Glad you asked.
