  Easy to work with. I came in from out of town and brought my truck in for a wheel issue / alignment first thing in the morning. Though it was first come first serve and they had 6 other cars in front of me, they diagnosed the issue within 1.5hrs and then fixed the issue before the end of that day. The cost was reasonable and the staff were efficient and professional. I would go back again in the future.

  I brought in my 2007 Prius that had been diagnosed by a Toyota Dealer as needing a ring job that would cost $9000. This was told to me without the dealer having done any tests other than seeing low oil level. Jeff and his team were very professional and after checking out the vehicle suggested another more appropriate course of action. They completed the diagnosis and repairs in one day. They did not try to sell me testing or services that would have been inconclusive. Now we will watch the oil consumption going forward and make an informed decision. Jeff has two cars from our household that from now on will be regularly serviced at McCormick’s instead of paying inflated dealer prices. We are VERY satisfied (new) customers.
