Don’t use their services. They install really poor-quality parts. I had the rear rotors and brake pads replaced by them for $700. After only 12,900 miles and 13 months, the brakes were completely worn out, which is absolutely NOT okay. I had the brakes inspected by a dealer and another independent shop. When I came back to discuss the issue with this shop, they told me that this amount of wear was completely normal and offered to do an inspection for $80, which is ridiculous. Instead of helping me figure out why the brakes had worn out so quickly, the guy simply checked the brakes by hand and told me that they were good to go. Very disappointed with the service and the quality of the parts. I would not recommend this shop.

I recently moved to Skokie from the city and left my longtime mechanic. I was so pleased when I discovered McCormick they are as honest as my mechanic in the city did a great job and helped me navigate through the insurance system. Many thanks.

They are not transparent with their services. Always over diagnose the problem to collect extra money from you and when you object they want to hoodwink you by asking for ridiculous amount as cost of inspection ($160) which was never disclosed from inception. They shout at their customers just to win an argument with listening to your exact concern.

Dropped off car around 4 pm for a battery and brake fluid flush. Received call about 12:30 the next day. Work was completed and charges were reasonable.
