This auto shop has exceeded my expectations of being subpar, employing deceptive practices. I sought a shop to install my trailer hitch receiver and contacted several establishments, finding this one to be reasonably priced. I was quoted $225 for installation, and they assured me that they would inspect the trailer first to determine the final price. However, they subjected me to an extended wait of nearly four hours during the middle of the day, leaving me with no alternative but to proceed with this shop. Upon their subsequent call, Jeff, the individual who provided the initial quote, increased the price range to between $325 and $360. The final price they quoted was $402. I strongly advise against patronizing this shop due to its misleading and deceptive business practices.

The older GENTLEMAN who gave me an estimate was so caring and polite/respectful that i can't even put it in words. He knew from the beginning that im not going to get this car fixed from his Auto Body Shop, but he went above and beyond to help me to take care of the estimate. I feel so bad that i forgot his name.
