  I visited Just Tires yesterday as my tire pressure light came on. I asked the attendant / tech for a tire refill and inspection. After the inspection, the attendant let me know that they could not get 3 of my tire caps off, could only take 1 off therefore filling only that tire. While there were no punctures on the tires, it was suggested I may have an electrical issue. It was also recommended that if the tire light comes on again, I should give it 15 mins while driving for it to turn off. I was not satisfied with this “solution” because my electrical system works fine, other shops managed to get the caps off, and it’s still a safety risk to drive with uneven pressure. This morning my TPM light came on again and I urgently went to a different tire shop closest to me. I explained the experience I had with Just Tires and how I needed help again seeking a second opinion. The other tire shop effectively addressed my issue.

  I got a screw stuck in my driver’s side rear tire on Friday evening. I was losing tire pressure in that tire, and my husband called to see the price of a quick replacement tire and we would come back later and replace a whole set. The screw was sticking out of the sidewall in such a way a blind man could find it. My husband said on the phone and to the technician in the store the driver’s rear tire needs to be replaced because of a screw in it. They replaced the passenger rear tire and put air in all the other tires not noting the screw jutting out from the driver’s rear tire. We noticed today and brought it to their attention on the phone where we were told to bring the car in and they would take care of it. They did not have evidence to refute this claim on the phone, however, after getting to the store the guy in the office said it must have just been a miscommunication. They want us to pay for the tire they were already paid to replace and I would bet $100 they started coming up with reasons they replaced the wrong tire after we called them today. They are not a trustworthy place to spend your money. Their tire technicians cannot see obvious screws sticking out and clearly don’t know their left from their right. Go literally to any other tire shop in the Chicagoland area, save yourself the headache of dealing with these guys. The response to this comment is going to be some politically correct response from the manager of the store or some gaslighting “I’m sorry you had a bad experience or I’m sorry you were mistaken.” But I promise you we are not wrong, do not trust these people with your car or your money or to not try to find ways to bend the truth to benefit themselves rather than help a customer. I will now be driving children around in a car with a screw in the sidewall of my tire due to their negligence. I do not leave reviews for practically anywhere and I feel it’s my duty to let people know to be careful when dealing with these people.

  Been comming to this location for years and watched team members change. Always extremely satisfied with service performed on me and my family’s vehicles whether it be tires, oil changes, allignments, or any other service they provide. Team and manager always polite and great at explaining any questions i may have. Store is and has always been kept clean and neat. Would recommend the store to anyone.

  I called a few minutes after they opened on a Sunday, not expecting any availability, but they walked me through every option without trying to upsell me. They didn’t have a full set of the mid‑range budget tires I wanted, so they offered three realistic choices: come in the next day when all four would be in stock, get the (slightly) more expensive set that was available today, or come in and install the two budget tires they did have and return later for the other two. They told me exactly what each option would cost before I arrived, and that’s exactly what I paid—no surprise fees, no pressure, nothing extra pushed on me. I really appreciate not being sold things I don’t need. They were straightforward, respectful, and transparent the whole time. I called around 9:15am, secured a 2:00pm appointment(4 tires and alignment), and my car was ready for pick up before 4:00pm. This matches the honest experience I’ve had at other Just Tires locations, which is why I trusted them enough to come back.
