They told me they would call me and haven't received a call yet. I tried calling but no one picked up the phone. I wasn't aware of how terrible the service at this location is. I currently don't have a car since mine is in the shop and no one is picking up the phone or calling me back like they said they would. Training is needed at this location.

- GRGabriella RivasMay 30, 20261.0This place has HORRIBLE customer service, does not try to solve the problem and doesn’t even matter if you booked a reservation 3 months in advance they don’t have what you paid for when on arrival, don’t check there vehicles maintenance or clean the car or even have gas when picking up, so inconvenient. Worst enterprise I ever rented from and I have been to plenty!
