  I am extremely disappointed with how Enterprise handled our reservation. My husband reserved a Chevrolet Suburban, or another XL full-size SUV, six months in advance because we specifically needed a vehicle of that size. Yet, only four hours before pickup, we were called and told Enterprise no longer had one available. How does a company accept a reservation for six months and then fail to honor it at the last minute? That is not an inconvenience—it is poor planning and unreliable customer service. The proposed solution of giving us a small SUV and one day off the rental was not a solution at all. We reserved an XL SUV because that's what our trip requires. A discount doesn't make a vehicle big enough. If customers can't rely on Enterprise to honor reservations made six months in advance, what is the purpose of reserving a vehicle at all? Only giving one star, because it’s required.

  I dropped my rental off and needed to pick up my truck from a repair shop nearby. I was not offered a drop off to the repair shop and when I asked, I was told no one was available. Another customer came in to drop off his vehicle and asked if he could get a drop off and was told he could. Never using that location again!!
