    When renting I supplied my personal credit card. The car was a loaner through Progressive. When I returned the car Enterprise not only incorrectly charged me for 4 days, but put the charge on my employer credit card I have on file because I rent from this location when traveling for work. This location refuses to reverse the charge on my employer credit card, instead wanting to refund me personally. I work for a company that employs 50,000 people and we have strict rules stating we can not use our employer credit card for personal use. This is poor customer service and I have escalated the issue to the credit card company.

    They were very thorough and took great care of us with our trip, my husband rented it and all but I wanted to be sure they knew how much we appreciated them we had a tire issue in the way home and they were very accommodating!
