  I made an appointment online, yet the comments I put about the oil I wanted and the tires I wanted were not visible to the store nor were they part of my confirmation making my drop-off take a lot more time then it should of

  After 3.5 hours of waiting for a flat to be repaired or replaced under the warranty I asked how much longer and was told the tire had to be replaced and they didn’t have one to replace it with . Said they could get it by the next day. Would never of waited there if I thought there was a chance they wouldn’t have my size tire I asked you don’t have any tire my size ,even a different brand ? Oh yes we do but it will cost an extra $15 UGH why didn’t they even offer that? I think someone should be calling with updates after atleast 2 hours minimum to give customers updates .

  I have been going to the Shiloh location since they opened up years and years ago. Always get good service and they try to save me money.

  Everything was done very well. I did not like though, that they replaced the air filter without asking. I change my own oil and I check the air filter and I know it wasn’t that bad otherwise I would have changed it myself. That was 5 months ago with all city driving.

  Worst customer service ever!!!!! Would not answer our phone calls, left 2 voice mails and still no one returned our call. Wanted to charge $548 for auxillary battery replacement and oil change. Will never return for any type of service at this Dobbs or ANY Dobbs.
