  Excellent, fast, and friendly service! Mike was absolutely amazing and patched my tire up so quickly. He was truly a lifesaver! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get me taken care of. The building was also extremely clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable waiting area that made the experience even better. It’s clear that the team at Dobbs genuinely cares about providing great customer service and making sure their customers leave happy and safe. Thank you, Dobbs, and especially Mike, for making what could have been a stressful situation such an easy and pleasant experience! I’ll definitely be coming back.

  They have serious issues with answering the phone and if you do manage to get them answer then they place you on hold. Bad, no they have the worst customer service.

  Have been going here consistently for 3 years and they have been extremely well run, provide excellent service and the work is outstanding. I pay roughly $120 for an oil change (largely due to the amount of oil and how much the cost goes up) but the piece of mind is unmatched. Highly recommend

  My 1997 Ford Ranger truck had only intermittently working headlights and intermittently working radio. The Dobbs repair guy said that parts for my 29-year-old vehicle were nearly impossible to get, but he was able to jerry-rig a solution for my issues, although he did point out that the repairs might not be as long-lived as they would be if he had access to the proper parts. So far, everything Dobbs fixed seems to be working, so I'm happy. The repairs should enable me to use the vehicle for a while longer while I ponder getting something newer. Dobbs also did an oil change and replaced the oil filter and air filter.
