  absolutely horrible experience. i reserved a BMW 2 series or a Mercedes in the same class. i drove all the way to the location they told me to go to pick up the car, and then the employees are like “maybe a Pacifica? or a Mitsubishi?” seriously?? then why did you send me here if you don’t even have the cars i reserved?? the employees were horrible. constantly interrupting me, repeating the same thing over and over, and talking to me like i’m stupid. zero respect for the customer. what a terrible company. absolutely no communication, no organization and no logistics. completely wasted my time. never again.

  Some of the most nicest staff there is. The assistant that was helping us get the car was so incredibly nice.

  If Natalie is even the managers name. Called me to advise hey! You gave your car back in great condition we will process your refund of 300$. I was like cool it takes a few day. But not really. What they don’t state is if you used a debit card the process the whole payment including deposit without just holding the deposit and processing the payment. Which is crazy! When I gave great reviews on my text survey. I guess it makes me a liar now. So I take back my good review. I was advised it could be paid by 2 different cards at a later time which would have been done had I known they completely take the money for the rental and the whole deposit. Making them look like they made bank that day. Waiting 2/3 days for my money cool but why is it that the debit card payment was finalized as the full rental and deposit. Honestly wasn’t going to say anything. But it took forever to get checked in. I arrived around 200 my reservation time and there was 2 workers who were taking care of customers but it took forever cause once they were done with a customer they conveniently had an issue come up with the customer they finished and had already started looking up my reservation. No other workers to help these 2 but I am well aware we are entitled to our lunches and breaks throughout the day. And the “short staff” everywhere is and has been an issue since before corona so it’s a very over used excuse. Not sure if dude on phone was new or lying when I was calling to inquire why it wasn’t just processed for the original payment and at least had my deposit pending. But to say you don’t know your managers name and that you’ll take the blame is wild dude. I will see my money by the end of the week or I will get corporate involved for stealing money and lying about it.

  I have rented from Enterprise for more than 20 years.. and my experience this trip has me double thinking if I will rent from then again. The car options I received when I arrived at Schiller Park In was the choice of 2 Enterprise fleet cars or a Ford F10 at more than $200 a day of additional cost. The car we took had a loose fender, and we were able to fit our adult boys in the back seat.

  I have been renting from this location since January and everything I can say about the experience is amazing. Tyler the manager is amazing he has been the main reason I have remained renting with the location. Currently still renting with the location to be honest I think Tyler should be the best paid employee at enterprise and considered the most valuable. He is professional, kind and makes sure everything runs smoothly. When any issues have happened with the multiple cars I have had since starting to rent cars here he addressed them quickly professionally and with great skill. Saying I drive a lot is an understatement and Tyler has made sure that I have a safe comfortable rental in such a way that I wouldn’t want to rent anywhere he wasn’t working. The entire staff at this location should get huge raises and his should be double whatever anyone is thinking. 😊
