  My husband loves buying new cars every year, so needless to say I personally hate the car buying experience more than most. This time it was my turn for a new car so I already was stressed about the whole search and experience… Until we met Eugene Merlin! He was great at answering all of questions, making sure we were well taken care of and made this process a breeze. I’ve never made a decision as quicks and as easy as this car! So, thank you, Eugene!   Eugene at Woodfield Lexus made the purchase of my wife’s Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum the easiest car purchase of our lives! He made sure we were taken care of throughout every step. The thing that impressed me the most was he actually cared about our concerns and helped ensure every little thing we pointed out was fixed and questions we had were answered. I highly recommend Eugene for all your vehicle purchase needs!

  Absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a new RZ, worked with Gary and helped out massively by Robert the GM. This is car buying just the way god intended, honest and straight to the point, no b.s. The team here went above and beyond to help us out with a state rebate even AFTER the sale was done. Needless to say this will be my first and only stop when purchasing a new Lexus. If you've been burned by bad dealers in the past, give these guys a shot, if your experience is half as good as ours was, you will never shop anywhere else!

  I'm from Ohio and had a great experience dealing out of state with Woodfield Lexus. James Stark was an excellent salesman who was extremely knowledgable about the 2024 LC500 I purchased. From the paperwork through shipping and delivery, everything was smooth and flawless. This is how you do business. No games and hidden fees, just beautiful vehicles and good salesmen that are there to help the customer. Highly recommended.

  I recently reached out to Woodfield Lexus and left a voicemail explaining my frustration with trying to order parts from the dealer where I purchased my vehicle. I described the part that I needed, and I received a prompt callback the next morning at 7:30 from Bill, the Parts Manager. He responded with genuine eagerness to help and showed immediate understanding of my situation. Bill was kind, attentive, and fully committed to assisting me in finding the correct parts for my vehicle. He provided the parts email address so that I could send photos for reference. When I did not email him right away, he followed up with a phone call to make sure that I had the correct contact information. His professionalism and dedication was exceptional. I am very appreciative of Bill’s desire and stamina to assist me. His level of service is rare, and it deserves recognition. Thank you Bill!
