  Today I had the longest and most terrible service in my life, I had an appointment for 4, I arrived and they accepted me, and then I sat for 1:30 hours and looked at my car still standing and it turns out they just forgot about me, how come? Do I have a lot of time? Just to sit and wait? The most finished place in my life, If you want to save yourself 2 hours of time, it's better not to come here.

  The most terrible place, I came here to change the oil, they told me to wait for 1:30 hours, I waited, I see my car is still standing, and they say they forgot about me and my car, and after that they also say that it's my fault for not making sure that my car was serviced, but then why am I taking an appointment? People, if you don't want to waste your time, it's better to go somewhere else Lexus, The supervisor who talked to me disrespectfully and bullied me is his name Erick Clark

  Absolutely love my new Lexus! Eddie and Isaac were amazing throughout the entire process professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely so helpful. As a business owner myself I really value great customer service and they truly went above and beyond. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend both of them!

  I had an exceptional interaction in purchasing a used Mazda Miata from Woodfield Lexus. The car is beautiful, in great shape, and was priced competitively; the sales rep was professional and downright gracious; the transaction and financing process was efficient and transparent; and the dealership itself is classy and comfortable. Best car-buying experience I have ever had and I have had many. When I buy a Lexus some day, I know where I will be going to get one!

  Would not recommend this dealership at all. They sold me a used car with multiple issues after proclaiming 'we don't sell cars with issues'. Took 6 trips back to the dealership to fix one of them and now I am looking at the least a $1k repair for 3 rust holes in the exhaust that nobody mentioned and was not on the Carfax or dealership records. I have only owned the car for under 2 months. Not to mention how much I spent in gas and tolls and received no compensation because nobody can be bothered to answer the phone to communicate with customers. It was a fight to get all the paperwork I signed on day of purchase and I still have not received all of it. The lack of communication is mind boggling. I talked to the sales manager, dealership manager, and service manager and was told something different each time. Nobody can communicate properly and it shows. I would go literally anywhere else in Schaumburg for a vehicle. Don't be fooled by the 'luxury' of it being a Lexus dealership, they will sell you a car and tell you to kick rocks afterwards.
